MountainView Christian Fellowship is cared for by a small team of people who love God and love this community. Our leaders serve with humility, kindness, and a steady commitment to helping people grow in their relationship with God. We’re grateful for each person who gives their time, gifts, and heart to help our church family thrive.
Steve Qualls — Lead Pastor
Steve serves MountainView with a steady, down‑to‑earth love for people and a deep trust in God’s Word. He teaches, prays, and walks with our church family through real life — the joys, the questions, and the hard places. Steve leads with gentleness, honesty, and a genuine desire to help people grow in their relationship with God.
Karil Qualls — Pastoral Care & Women’s Bible Study
Karil brings warmth, wisdom, and a quiet strength to our church family. She cares deeply for people and helps create a safe, welcoming space where women can study Scripture, pray together, and grow in faith. Her presence is steady, kind, and deeply rooted in God’s love.
Bill & Britney Bjorke — Youth Pastors
Bill and Britney lead our youth with sincerity, compassion, and a heart for helping students discover who God is and who He’s calling them to be. They create a space where teens can ask honest questions, build friendships, and grow in faith at their own pace.
Luis & Reyna Sánchez — Spanish Pastor
Luis serves MountainView’s Spanish‑speaking community with a humble, steady love for God and for people. He teaches the Scriptures with clarity and warmth, helping believers worship and grow in their heart language. His pastoral presence is gentle, prayerful, and grounded in God’s Word. Reyna serves alongside him with hospitality and kindness, creating a welcoming space where people can connect, pray, and build meaningful relationships.
Jordan Sauvage — Worship Leader
Jordan leads worship with a gentle, authentic heart for God’s presence. She helps our church enter into worship in a way that is simple, sincere, and focused on God. Her leadership brings peace, clarity, and a sense of reverence to our gatherings.
MountainView is held together by countless volunteers who serve with joy and humility — from Children's Ministry to hospitality to tech and media. We’re grateful for every person who helps make this church a place of warmth, welcome, and genuine community.
